Thank you for visiting the online appointment service of L V Prasad Eye Institute! New patients may make a new appointment with the LVPEI clinics through the online system.

Before making an appointment, please read the following information carefully.

Appointment slots for new patients are open upto one month from today.

You may opt for an appointment under one of three patient categories:

General
Supporter
Sight Saver

General Patients

With Appointment - Rs. 200; Walk in - Rs. 250
Basic fee covers the cost of a comprehensive eye examination and consultation.
Additional tests will be charged separately.

Supporters and Sight Savers

The generosity of Supporters and Sight Savers enables us to offer free consultation and surgery to patients from the disadvantaged sections of society. LVPEI offers its entire range of services free of charge to over 50% of its patients who cannot otherwise afford tertiary eye care.

Supporters and Sight Savers are entitled to the following exclusive services at LVPEI:

Dedicated telephone line for appointments
Dedicated outpatient check-in and registration area
Special waiting lounge for outpatients and surgical care patients
Prompt medical attention
Special care for inpatients
Exclusive inpatient suites with personalized nursing care and choice of surgeon

In addition, the Sight Savers are offered

Choice of appointment time
Personal patient counselors
Exclusive waiting lounge for outpatients and surgical care patients
Exclusive parking area

Supporters consultation charges
New Patient Consultation (With Appointment)	Rs.500.00
Additional Tests will be charged separately

Sight savers consultation charges
New Patient Consultation (With Appointment)	Rs.750.00
Additional Tests will be charged separately

Appointments once booked cannot be cancelled. The Appointment charges are not refundable.
